The sealant exhibits outstanding elastic recovery (typically exceeding 80%), allowing it to accommodate the natural movement, vibration, and thermal expansion/contraction of building materials — from concrete and masonry to metals, wood, and most plastics. It effectively bridges joint movements (often up to ±25% to ±50% of the joint width) without cracking, splitting, or losing adhesion, ensuring a permanent, watertight seal.
It bonds tenaciously to a wide range of common construction substrates without the need for a primer in most cases. This strong adhesion resists weathering, moisture, and UV exposure, preventing sealant failure and substrate damage.
Formulated with advanced polyurethane technology, the sealant maintains its performance and color stability under prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, snow, and temperature extremes (typically from -40°C to 80°C or more). It does not chip, peel, or become brittle over time.
