Leverage our advanced compound formulations for heavy-duty sealing, weatherproof protection, and reliable structural adhesion.
Strategically located in the heart of Shandong Province, a major industrial hub in China, Shandong Jinfang Adhesive Industry Co., Ltd. stands as a leading manufacturer specializing in the research, development, and production of high-performance adhesive and sealant products. With a steadfast commitment to innovation and quality, we have built a comprehensive portfolio that includes silicone sealant, PU Foam, MS sealant, nail-free glue, tile grout, and PU sealant.
Our materials are designed to solve critical sealing challenges, offering superior chemical resistance, UV stability, and broad thermal operating ranges (-50°C to +150°C). By working directly with elite research institutions like Shandong University, Xiamen University, and Linyi University, we have commercialized next-generation silane-modified polymers (MS polymers) and heavy-duty polyurethanes that deliver industry-defining weatherproofing and vibration absorption.
The strategic supply chain integration and raw material access in Shandong Province create unique structural advantages for international distributors and OEMs.
Our location in Shandong offers immediate proximity to primary organosilicon chemical clusters. This minimizes transportation costs and safeguards bulk procurement channels from market price volatility.
By replacing human variance with computer-controlled continuous compounding, we maintain identical viscosity, extrusion rate, and cure time across millions of cartridges annually.
Our formulations satisfy rigorous international regulations. We comply with ASTM C920 standards, CE markings, and EU REACH directives, guaranteeing trouble-free import customs clearance.
Our formulations exhibit outstanding weather resistance against intense UV radiation, heavy rain, and extreme thermal fluctuations, ensuring the longevity and structural stability of modern building assemblies.
In construction, we provide durable solutions for structural glazing, curtain walls, window frame installations, concrete expansion joints, and sanitary seal applications. Our adhesives provide excellent elasticity (up to ±50% movement capability) and durable bonding directly onto glass, aluminum, steel, and masonry.
In the automotive sector, our polyurethane and MS polymer sealants contribute to enhanced passenger safety and vehicle durability. They are formulated for high-strength windshield bonding, vibration damping, body panel seam sealing, and underbody protection, effectively sealing out air, water, and road noise.
Understanding the unique requirements of our global partners, we provide tailored formulation adjustments, packaging dimensions, and custom brand designs.
Adjust tack-free time, viscosity, elongation properties, color matching (RAL & Pantone), and Shore A hardness to fit your specific climate conditions and application requirements.
From standard 280ml/300ml rigid plastic cartridges, 590ml/600ml foil sausages, to bulk 200-liter steel drums for robotic processing lines.
High-precision silk-screen and offset printing applied directly onto the cartridges. Protect and establish your brand presence with customized carton designs.
Jinfang's products protect complex architectural structural joints and infrastructure elements across Europe, Asia, and South America.

Modern architecture and automotive designs require sealants to undergo constant stress, high joint movement, extreme heat, and severe UV radiation. Selecting the correct chemistry is vital to prevent premature adhesion loss, building leaks, and structural joint failure.
The fundamental difference between silicone adhesives and traditional organic sealants (such as polyurethanes and acrylics) lies in their chemical backbones. Silicone features an inorganic silicon-oxygen (Si-O-Si) bond. The bond energy of the Si-O bond is 460 kJ/mol, significantly higher than the 348 kJ/mol bond energy of a carbon-carbon (C-C) bond. Because UV light spectrums on Earth generate peak energies that break C-C bonds, standard organic sealants tend to dry out, discolor, shrink, and crack over time. The Si-O-Si backbone in our structural silicone sealants remains unaffected by UV rays, maintaining flexibility and tensile strength for decades.
One-Component (1K) Silicones: These formulas rely on ambient atmospheric moisture to initiate cross-linking. As a result, curing progresses from the outer surface inward. This system is ideal for expansion joints, glass glazing, and typical perimeter weatherproofing.
Two-Component (2K) Silicones: Designed primarily for high-stress structural glazing and factory assembly, 2K systems mix a base polymer with a catalyst. This results in uniform, rapid curing throughout the entire joint thickness, independent of ambient humidity levels. This fast curing speed optimizes factory throughput for curtain wall manufacturers.
Modified Silane (MS) Polymers represent a hybrid technology combining the strengths of polyurethanes and silicones. Offering excellent paintability (which traditional silicone cannot match), MS Polymers contain no solvents or isocyanates, rendering them completely odorless with exceptionally low VOC levels. They provide superior adhesion to porous materials like concrete, brick, and limestone without requiring primers, eliminating issues with plasticizer migration or staining.
Jinfang's integrated manufacturing system covers precise raw material formulation, fully automated mixing, extrusion, injection molding, and packaging.
